I like the compression for torso and abdominal areas. It is easy to put on (hooks and zipper) without having to reach over my head and pull/twist. Big factor for me as I have connective tissue disorder hEDS and can easily injure myself just by putting on a tight shirt. I also suffer from orthostatic intolerance/postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome which in my case gets more severely triggered having to reach up and above with my arms. Post exertional malaise can be triggered as well if I use my arms too much. Overall it helps me feel more stable, aids in proprioception especially when I exercise and compression gives joints /back more support when I sit or stand. I did wish the shoulder/arm compression was a bit more pronounced and ended up downsizing from L to M to have more shoulder support. Still bit too loose though there and the shirt works best for certain proportions thus not best fit for all body types. That's why I rated it 4 out of 5. Overall still very happy and it is very comfortable to wear for prolonged time periods.
According to the measurements, I ordered an XS though was worried it would be too hard to get on. But it fits well and no trouble getting it on. I am 5'8" and 122 pounds. I have been having left shoulder issues for several months and the AlignMed Bra is helping to manage things while I continue to work with my PT. I did not have a specific injury but have had trouble off and on for years with shoulder / back / knee issues on my left (dominant) side. Woke up one morning with severe left shoulder pain and have been working to get back on track ever since. The AlignMed bra helps with managing things and reducing pain during this process.
I had a lumbar fusion 6 months ago. The shirt helps keep me standing straight. It also extends my ability to walk further. It is much more comfortable than expected. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I wear the shirt about 9 to 10 hours a day 5 days a week under my work dress clothes and It really helps with the posture. The tight stomach also helps remind me to engage my stomach muscles to strengthen them for when I am not wearing the shirt. I like it a lot and will be ordering a couple more to rotate through the week.

I bought the shirt to assist me with hyper mobility. It is snug fitting and a little hard to get on and off but comfortable while you’re wearing it. I’m not sure yet if it’s actually helping me or not time will tell.

I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome and wear these shirts daily under my clothes. They are essential in my daily life. Without this shirt and CW-X leggings, I have much more fatigue and pain. I would love a crew neck version as well. The only issue I experience is the neck and sleeves stick out of my regular clothes. If the neck wasn’t so high and you could shorten the sleeves a bit, it would be 10 star product. Thank you for making supportive clothes that make my overall health better. I wear a small and am 103 pounds and 5’3”.

On the 3rd anniversary of having my left shoulder replaced I showed my shoulder surgeon all the areas in my shoulder and scapulas that were still hurting badly. He recommended the AlignMed shirt, saying that if I wear it at night it might help with the pain and allow me to sleep better. I ordered the women's zipper front shirt in black and within 2 nights I was sleeping with 95% of the pain gone. Since then I have ordered the pants (to help my knees and hip) as well as a bra and another shirt, this time blue and non-zippered. I'm 67 years old and while wearing these garments feel as if I am 40. I recommend them to anyone with osteoarthritis, osteopenia or osteoporosis. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I particularly recommend this for those of us who have it. I rate these products 5 out of 5. CP

I have fibro and scapular thoracic dyskinesia and always struggling with neck, shoulder, and back pain. I work a lot on a computer which further compounds that stress, particularly with holding my scapula in place. The AlignMed shirt compresses and keeps everything supported and in place. I find it helpful and am ordering the bra soon! The only thing that I don’t care for is the fit in terms of coverage. I have the white shirt and it shows around my neck and shoulders when I wear a t-shirt. Perhaps if it were cropped more, it would be less visible in a top other than in a full crew neck or turtleneck.

Quite a bit more compression than the other style of sports bra, which I appreciate for higher impact activity. I did get the same size as my other sports bra, but this one feels a bit tighter. Not excessively tight, and I’m not sure if going up a size would necessarily be a better fit. But this would be a really good bra to wear for shorter amounts of time because of the tightness.

I have scapular winging that has made my desk job unbearable at times. This shirt decreased my pain levels by maybe 75%! Exciting after trying so many other things. The shirt works well, the only “negative thing is the zipper might show through a shirt a bit so if you are concerned about that don’t get the zip up version. However, I believe the zip up is a better fit.

I absolutely LOVE this white AlignMed posture bra. I have been wearing AlignMed posture bras since 2015 after cervical spinal surgery. I wear one every single day and have so many and used to only wear the nude color and now I have some in white and black. I have found that the nude colored bras do stretch quite easily and quickly and lose their posture pull, whereas the white is more in the middle and the black has the most firm fabric that doesn’t stretch easily. I do wish that the nude bras were more like the black. The white seems so far to not stretch too easily, but time will tell.
I am 5’3” and between 121–125 pounds. I am a cup size B. I have tried the extra small previously and found it to be too tight for me. The small seems to be the perfect fit, the only problem is that as I’ve said, the only nude bras in particular tend to stretch quickly and lose that perfect fit & posture correcting pull.

I bought the AlignMed posture t-shirt for everyday wear and overall I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality is good, and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. It does seem to help with posture, though the fit isn’t perfect for shorter heights (156 cm in my case), as it tends to wrinkle a bit.
The inner construction with hooks is noticeable but manageable. The transparent support inserts are slightly stiff and can cause a mild prickling sensation at times.
In terms of design, I would prefer a V-neck or a higher round neckline—the current oval cut doesn’t feel very flattering or unisex.
Overall, it’s a well-made product with some minor comfort and design drawbacks.

As someone with POTS and hypermobility, full length compression is a daily need to feel my best. It is wonderful to have a bra that doesn't just pull my shoulders down and dig. The cloth over the bottom of the zipper and extra cloth protection behind the hooks and the zipper are great.
I just wish the zipper wasn't so visible thru work shirts. It could use a cover too.

So quick backstory - I get massages monthly and a new therapist recommended a posture sports bra b/c well, I needed it... I did some research & there was either this one or one double the price, I decided to try this first. I just got it, I'm small framed but large upper chest, so I went w/Med, glad I did, it fits like a dream. I usually do zip ups and bought this on impulse then saw they have the zip up but it was too late to change it out. Well, this is 10x more comfortable than my front zips & well, it's amazing ... super comfortable! Great quality... I plan to get another one. I don't know if it'll help w/posture but I'm sure hoping so! Regardless, this comfort beats the ones I'm used to wearing which are prob 1/2 the price but this is worth the extra $$.

I absolutely love this shirt. It has helped reduce my pain tremendously. Planning to order another one. I have tos and had a rib and two scalenes removed and pec minor release. Have done pt, chiropractor, Botox injections in my back, dry needling among many other things. This shirt is what has helped the most.

Amazing for heds, helps with proprioception and support whenever Im in vertical positions throughout the day. Recommend going a size or two smaller than you think for more support and so the shoulders are snug and kept in alignment.

I love this shirt so much for my hypermobile body. I am wearing an X-Small in the photo but it's a little too small and the next purchase I plan to get a small.
Sizing: 5'0, 115-120lbs, 30DD. The arms are a bit too tight and it bunches/rolls up, but it's not enough that I didn't return/exchange it. You do not need to a bra underneath.
Style: I chose the zip up for quick overstimulated escapes.
Effect: I immediately feel relief putting this shirt on. I can feel things shifting gently back into place and sometimes even feel a few pops. I like sleeping in this shirt, I wake up with less pain in the morning from not being in awkward painful positions all night. The shirt does make you sweat a bit so sometimes I need a shower in the morning, but it's worth it.

It really helps me to get through long days of work with EDS.
